Private Sessions

60-minute individual private sessions are available in my home studio. The cost is $65 per hour. Individual and group private sessions are also available in your space or mine. Cost varies depending on number of participants. Please contact me if you are interested in:

A level 1-2 class. Appropriate for the yoga student who prefers a deliberate pace and an alignment-focused practice. Appropriate for beginners and experienced students alike. Options for modification or additional challenge are provided for all poses. Increase balance and flexibility, feel taller and less stressed! Purchase a punch card or a single drop-in!

This is a shared specialized Pilates / Yoga training session taught in my home studio - limited to 4 women.** Cost per 70-minute class is $20 and commitment for a regular spot is monthly. "Fill-in" students (those who pay by the class and not the entire month) are welcome! All classes are by reservation only.

My mission with this class is to greatly enhance awareness of the body's physical alignment so that we restore healthier patterns and body intelligence in all our activities "on and off the mat."

In PiYo circuit, we do "preview" exercises together on the mat with smaller props and then add complexity and challenge by taking those exercises to the larger equipment: Pilates Reformer, Stability Chair, Yoga Wall and Vertical Frame. We focus on core, lower body, upper body and yoga stretches. 

This is not a "boot camp" style class. I pay very close attention to everyone’s physical alignment. Students always have the right to veto any exercise and we come up with modifications to make any exercise more appropriate. This is a supportive, positive and non-competitive environment.

"Strength Training"

This is a 60-minute shared personal training session taught in my home studio - limited to 7 women. Cost per class is $10. Commitment for a regular spot is monthly. "Fill-in" students (those who pay by the class and not the entire month) are welcome! All classes are by reservation only.


My mission is to help women feel strong, empowered and inspired by building strength intelligently and safely.

 

The class design is a short group warm-up followed by approximately 25 minutes of group strength training for the calves, thighs, glutes and upper body. We then do seven stations. Round one, each station is 90-seconds and round two, each station is 60-seconds. Each station has an individual focus: cardio, balance, plank, abs, arms, chest/back and legs. We always finish with stretching.
