Offered in my home studio, my mission with this class is to help women feel strong, empowered and inspired by building strength intelligently and safely.
The class design is a short group warm-up followed by approximately 25 minutes of group strength training for the calves, thighs, glutes and upper body. We then do seven stations. Round one, each station is 90-seconds and round two, each station is 60-seconds. Each station has an individual focus: cardio, balance, plank, abs, arms, chest/back and legs. We always finish with stretching.
This is not a "boot camp" style class. This is a supportive, positive and non-competitive environment. I pay very close attention to everyone’s physical alignment. Students always have the right to veto any exercise and we come up with modifications to make any exercise more appropriate.

Offered in my home studio, this 75-minute yoga class formerly known as "Hatha Yoga", is a time to find our zen. Practice all the fundamentals at a methodical pace and with great care to alignment. Standing, seated and balance poses plus gentle inversions. Class always ends with a juicy Savasana. Leave class feeling taller, freer and ready for re-entry into your life off of the yoga mat.

One-on-one sessions cost $75 per hour. Private duo sessions are $80 an hour. Private sessions are typically scheduled at 1:45 p.m. weekdays.

Offered in my home studio, this 75-minute class is a shared specialized Pilates / Yoga training session. My mission with this class is to greatly enhance awareness of the body's physical alignment so that we restore healthier patterns and body intelligence in all our activities "on and off the mat."
In PiYo circuit, we do "preview" exercises together on the mat (often with smaller props) and then we move to a progressive-style circuit. The circuit consists of 4 stations: Pilates Reformer, Stability Chair, Yoga Wall and Vertical Frame. Each round (total of 3 rounds), the student can decide to continue practicing the same exercise for all 3 rounds or select the added elements that are provided. Class ends with what I like to call "Spa Yoga."
Students describe this class as fun, a good kind of challenge, therapeutic and restorative.
