about me

I love teaching adults how to live well in their bodies. It is amazing to witness the positive impact on students' lives! I've been teaching since 2005. Yoga principles of alignment inform how I live my life and all that I teach. Certifications/Trainings include: E-RYT 200 with Yoga Alliance via Temple of Kriya Yoga in Chicago, Mat Pilates Certification from Personal Best Pilates, & Cancer Exercise Specialist Certification from The Cancer Exercise Specialist Training Institute.
